When does the new plan take effect?
Immediately. The price difference for the rest of your current billing period is prorated and charged on the spot. Your new credit allowance is available right away.
What happens to my unused credits?
Top-up credits never expire. Plan-included credits reset on each billing cycle — unused ones don't roll over.
Can I downgrade later?
Yes — downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose what you've already paid for.
Do annual plans really save 20%?
Yes — annual is billed once a year at the discounted rate, with two free months built in. You can still cancel any time for a prorated refund on unused months.
